Game recap

Seattle takes the long way to 13 points

Seattle lost Sam Darnold to a hip injury on its opening drive and fell behind 10–0. Drew Lock helped bring the Seahawks back, and the defense intercepted Drake Maye three times in the fourth quarter to finish a 13–10 win. Josh Jobe caught the last one in the end zone. New England had plenty of chances to put this away; Seattle kept catching them.

Give Lock credit for getting a stalled offense moving when the game needed it. For the Patriots, holding an opponent to 13 should make the flight home easier. That fourth quarter will make it feel considerably longer.
