Game recap

Henry makes the new offense look familiar

Derrick Henry ran for 144 yards and three touchdowns, Lamar Jackson threw for 324 yards, and Baltimore opened with a 41–23 win. New offensive coordinator, same deeply unpleasant experience for the people trying to tackle Henry.

Zay Flowers had 150 receiving yards before leaving with a hamstring injury. His exit took some shine off an otherwise convincing start under Jesse Minter. Indianapolis scored on its first drive, but Baltimore settled down defensively and forced two takeaways while its offense kept finding room.
